Be a part of the magic at the 51st annual Summer Solstice Celebration Festival 2025! 

 

The festival takes place at Alameda Park June 20-22, 2025.  The parade and festival is the largest event in Santa Barbara County, drawing crowds of over 100,000 spectators from around the world, offering vendors an opportunity to showcase their company and products to a wide and diverse audience.

Our goal is to present a balanced offering, with variety in both products and price range.  A selection committee will determine eligibility based on quality, diversity, presentation and originality. Solstice has the complete discretion to determine the category of each vendor.

Merchant and Business Vendor Types

​

Arts and Crafts Vendors

Arts & Crafts Vendors are selling products solely made by the artists. All clothing and items must
be designed and produced by the artist; otherwise, you are a Resale/Import Vendor.

​

Commercial Vendors

Commercial Vendors includes Resale and Import Vendors who have products for resale or imports. This includes any products that may have been customized by the vendor but the garments or items were produced and/or manufactured by someone else. It also includes Professional/Business Vendors who are  local or regional businesses seeking public exposure to a large audience (ie. business services, healing/massage, creative services, etc.). ​​​

Non-Profit Organization

Organizations that are operated exclusively for charitable, social outreach, literary, educational or other specified purposes. Must provide proof of 501(c)(3) status.

Food Vendors

Looking for food vendors to be in the park. Looking for vendors that provide delicious food in sustainable packaging. 

​

FUNtopia and Children's Area Vendors

The FUNtopia area is a place to have FUN! Open Saturday and Sunday only, this area is reserved for community groups that are looking to offer something to the festival goers. A dress up parlor, face painting, a booth to get solstified, book readings, etc... We are looking for fun new exhibitors that interact with our guests and have them feel the magic of solstice. The children's area is also open to create a fun safe place for our families and kids to enjoy the festival and celebrate art, creativity and the sun!

(Sponsor) Premier Vendor

Premier Vendors are commercial vendors who are in a premiere booth location and want some exposure on the Solstice website and social media.

 

(Sponsor) Premier Sampling Vendors

Premier Sampling Vendors are commercial vendors who may do sampling, are in a premier booth location and want additional exposure on the Solstice website and social media. Prices vary according to booth size, sampling, etc. Some sampling will require health permits.
