As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the Santa Barbara Summer Solstice Celebration depends on the community to help fund the largest creative arts event in Santa Barbara.
Solstice brings much prosperity to our city, with numerous out of town guest filling local hotels, restaurants and local business. We also give our artists and technical staff salaries and local business is where we buy our supplies – our budget for the workshop supplies is $10,000 alone!

Each year there is one float that collects money for the parade. The float has a announcer and money collectors. One year they were monkeys, another year they were fairies, we can only guess what they will be this year! Stacie Bouffard has been in charge of this float for the last three years.
Just watch for the float… with people collecting money and throw in your dollars or checks!
